Making a reservation means that you are responsible for the dates you reserve. No refunds on early departures. All sales are final. We reserve the right to move guests to try to fit everyone in. You will never be given anything less than what you asked for, but you may receive a free upgrade.
Any cancellation will result in a $25 cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card or withheld from your deposit.
Cancellations made 14 days or less from your date of arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay unless the room/cottage can be filled. It is 30 days for holiday or special event weekends. Reservations for a one night stay are non-refundable.
Our cottages are housekeeping cottages. That means when you check in, the cottage will be clean with fresh bed linens and bath towels. During your stay, your cottage is yours for the time you have reserved. It is your responsibility to keep it clean and let us know if you should need any fresh bed linens or clean towels.
Upon check-out you are responsible for taking out the trash, sweeping and vacuuming the floors, and washing the dishes per the instructions listed above the sink. Leaving your cottage with dirty dishes, garbage lying around, or excessively dirty floors will result in a minimum one day extra charge.
Stay-over housekeeping services are on a request basis only.
For our guests bringing pets, please remember to pick up after your pet. Pets must be kept on a leash when they are outside. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bathtub. If you need to bathe your pet, we have a pet washing tub available for your use. Damage to rooms or cottages due to pets will be added to your bill. Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
Pets must be kept in a crate if you leave them behind in the motel/cottage. Should you leave your pet behind, the office must be notified and a cell phone number provided in case we need to reach you.
There is a $15 per day pet fee.
